What is Colleen’s Skin and Beauty returns policy ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel the contract for this purchase either by email: email@example.com or by phone: +3539675477
Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused / unworn, in its original packaging and have original labels attached. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on certain personal care items that have been opened or any product with a hygiene seal that has been broken (unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty).
How do I return or exchange unwanted items ?
Please inform us of your intent to return the unwanted product or item so we can resolve this matter quickly and efficiently. The following information is required when you contact us: (i) Your order reference number (ii) Your telephone and contact details. The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
Can I return an item to a Colleen’s Skin and Beauty store ?
You can return your order to any Colleen’s Skin and Beauty store for an exchange or refund. First please follow first steps above, and when you arrive in store just show us your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so the store will not refund you. We will refund to the credit debit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system - please allow a few working days for this to be completed.
My item was a gift, so I don’t have the order number - what should I do ?

How do I return a faulty item / order ?

When will I receive my refund ?
Once you cancel your order within 14 days following the date of receipt delivery and we receive your returned item within 14 days of your notification of cancellation we are happy to provide a refund provided the products are unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunded back onto the same card).
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
